If you have a need to have multiple administrators, Adobe Captivate may not be what you need. When using Adobe Captivate, my recommendation would be to make sure that you have a single administrator. So making sure that you stick to the script and make sure that you get the job done was the most difficult part, but getting started was fairly easy. You could create a slide show presentation, which everyone is pretty familiar with and import that directly into Adobe Captivate.
